Overview
The full-day Machu Picchu tour from Cusco combines ground transportation, a train ride, and a guided tour of the Inca citadel. The tour begins with a pickup at your hotel and a transfer to the Ollantaytambo train station, followed by a trip to Aguas Calientes.
From Aguas Calientes, you take a bus up to the entrance to Machu Picchu. The tour is guided and must follow the itinerary and route specified on the ticket; therefore, the sites to be visited must be confirmed when coordinating the trip. The service includes round-trip train fare, buses to and from the site, admission to Machu Picchu, and transfers between Cusco and Ollantaytambo. Admission to Huayna Picchu is not included.

I will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco two hours before the train departs, as scheduled, and take you to Ollantaytambo.

Take the train to Aguas Calientes, where you'll meet your guide.

Bus transfer from Aguas Calientes to the entrance of the citadel.
