DAY 01
ARRIVAL IN CUZCO
Reception at the airport or bus station upon arrival in Cuzco and transfer to your hotel Free day to acclimatize.
DAY 02
CITY TOUR CUZCO AND NEARBY RUINS (KENKO-PUCA-PUCARA, TAMBOMACHAY, SACSAYHUAMAN:
In the afternoon, we will visit the city of Cuzco visiting the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun or Korikancha. Then, we will leave the city to visit the Inca sites of Kenko, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara and the impressive fortress of Sacsayhuaman. Strategically built on a hill overlooking Cuzco, famous for its huge carved stones joined with amazing precision to form the outer walls. Some of these stones are over 9 m / 30 feet high and weigh over 350 tons.

DAY 03
CUZCO SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS
Excursion to the "Sacred Valley of the Incas", a succession of picturesque villages, agricultural terraces and archaeological sites. The typical Indian market of Pisac. In the afternoon, we will pass through the cities of Calca and Urubamba to reach the Inca Fortress and the Citadel of Ollantaytambo. On our way back to Cusco, we will visit the picturesque Andean town of Chinchero, where the remains of what was the royal hacienda of Tupac Inca Yupanqui are located. We will admire its well-preserved Inca Wall in the Plaza de Armas, visit the beautiful colonial temple built on Inca foundations, with interesting frescoes on the porch. We will return to Cuzco in the afternoon.
DAY 04
MACHU PICCHU THE LOST CITY OF THE INCAS- STAY OVERNIGHT IN AGUAS CALIENTES
The day begins with an early morning ascent to transfer to Cuzco train station for an approximate three hour train ride to the famous Inca citadel of Machupicchu, also known as "The Lost City of the Incas". Upon arrival at the Aguas Calientes station followed by a 30 minute bus ride up the 6 km winding road to the incredible Machupicchu. Upon arrival, we will participate in a guided tour of the Citadel. After the tour, you will have time to walk around the archaeological site in your free time.
Lunch on your own in the town of Aguas Calientes.
Overnight in a hotel in Aguas Calientes.
DAY 05
MACHUPICCHU: HOT WATER - CUZCO
Excellent opportunity to get up early and enjoy a beautiful sunrise, as well as stroll through the town of Aguas Calientes and visit its hot springs. Afterwards, you will have time to do some of the following activities: (not included in the general price):
1. Visit the Citadel of Machupicchu for the second time.
2. For the active or more adventurous people, we suggest to climb the Huayna Picchu (depending on the weather conditions) from where you can appreciate the immensity of Machupicchu, even more surprising for being high and distant. To reach the summit takes approximately two and a half hours and is recommended before 13:00 hours. It is necessary to register at the checkpoint at the beginning of the tour. An exciting adventure for travelers who want to see from the top, nature and carved stone emerging from the ground like a geological miracle.
In the afternoon, return to Cuzco by train and transfer to your selected hotel for the night.

DAY 06
MOUNTAIN 7 COLORS
Very early in the morning we will pick you up at the hotel with our tourist transport, in which we will make an approximate journey of 2 hours to Cusipata-Paucarpata. We will have a light breakfast to continue the tour of approximately 40 minutes to the checkpoint, where we will observe the snowy peak Wiñay Ritty (forever young). We will walk through beautiful landscapes for 1 hour and 20 minutes until we reach the colorful mountain 5020 meters above sea level. We will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain of seven colors, where you will have enough time to rest and take pictures. After that we will walk back to Llaqto, where our vehicle will be waiting and we will have lunch. At approximately 6:00 pm we will arrive at the city of Cuzco, near the main square of Cuzco. Free night to rest.
DAY 07
LAGUNA HUMANTAY OR DAY OFF TO REST
If you want to continue the adventure, breathe 100% pure air, connect with nature, observe really spectacular landscapes and walk through narrow and ancient paths, you should take advantage of this last day in Cusco to visit the Humantay Lagoon.
We will leave very early in the morning to the town of Mollepata where we will have breakfast and then continue with our trip. Then we will continue our journey where we will see beautiful passages until we reach Soraypampa, where we will have a brief rest. We will begin with our hike to the Humantay Lagoon which has an altitude of 4 250 m.a.s.l., our ascent has a duration of approximately one and a half hours. When we arrive at the Humantay Lagoon we will have enough time to appreciate the majestic wonder that nature offers us where we will also have a demonstration of offering to the sacred Apus where we will be able to participate in this activity. Later we will descend to Soraypampa to take our bus to the town of Mollepata where we can enjoy our lunch. Then we will continue with our return trip to the imperial city of Cuzco. We will arrive around 5:30 pm approximately.
If not, you can rest this day and/or take advantage of it to go for free walks in the historical center of Cuzco and do some shopping.
DAY 08
CUZCO FLIGHT / LIMA
After breakfast, we will transfer you to the bus station or airport to board your flight (we recommend buying an afternoon/evening flight for CONEXIÓN INTERNACIONAL).
