Overview
The 2-day, 1-night Uros, Amantaní, and Taquile tour from Puno combines a boat ride on Lake Titicaca with a stay with a local family. On the first day, you’ll visit the floating islands of the Uros and continue on to Amantaní to share a lunch and explore the island on foot.
In the afternoon, we’ll hike to the ceremonial sites of Pachamama and Pachatata, with views of the lake. After dinner and an overnight stay in Amantaní, the trip continues to Taquile to learn about its customs and textile traditions before returning to Puno.
The family-run lodging is simple, with basic amenities. The program includes one lunch, one dinner, and one breakfast; lunch on Taquile and the optional totora raft ride are paid for separately.

Itinerary
Transfer to the port of Puno and boat ride to visit two Uros floating islands. The tour continues to Amantaní, where a local family welcomes travelers for lunch and lodging. In the afternoon, take a walk to Pachamama and Pachatata before returning for dinner; the evening welcome activity is optional.

After breakfast, we’ll head down to the port of Amantaní and sail to Taquile. We’ll walk to the plaza to explore the island, its customs, and its textiles. After some free time for lunch on your own, we’ll return by boat to Puno and transfer to our included downtown accommodations.
