Overview
The 2-day, 1-night Colca Canyon tour from Arequipa takes you through the landscapes of the highlands and the valley, with stops at the Tocra wetlands and the Volcanoes Viewpoint before arriving in Chivay. On the first day, you’ll check into your lodging and visit the hot springs (separate admission required).
On the second day, you'll visit the Cruz del Cóndor and stop at viewpoints such as Choquetico, Huayrapunku, and Antahuilque. After stopping for lunch in Chivay, you'll return to Arequipa in the afternoon.
The package includes transportation, a guide, one night's lodging, and breakfast on the second day. Lunches, dinner, and admission tickets to the valley and the hot springs are not included.
Itinerary
Pickup in Arequipa and a drive through the high Andean landscapes, with stops in Tocra and at the Mirador de los Volcanes. Arrival in Chivay, time for lunch, and transfer to the lodging. In the afternoon, a visit to the hot springs is planned; dinner with a folkloric show is optional.
