Description

Ideal for nature and culture lovers. South of the city of Tarapoto, after a trip appreciating beautiful landscapes typical of the jungle as the union of the rivers Mayo and Huallaga among others, on the left bank of the river Huallaga is surrounded by lush vegetation the charming district of Chazuta. In Chazuta we will visit the Wasichay Cultural and Handicraft Center to appreciate ceramics and funerary urns, as well as be able to buy ceramics and other souvenirs of the area. We will also visit the Mishky Cacao Chocolate Factory, where we will meet the cocoa mothers, taste and purchase handmade chocolate that they produce with organic cocoa from the area. Finally we will visit the Pasakiwi farm to appreciate the cocoa plantations, beekeeping and honey tasting.
